Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

Our referral program allows existing students ("Referrer") to earn rewards by referring new students ("Referee") to enrol in our courses. Both parties can benefit from this program as outlined below.

2. Rewards Structure

For the Referrer:

$150 reward per successful referral
No limit on number of referrals

For the Referee:

$150 discount on course enrolment
Applied at time of enrolment

3. Eligibility Requirements

Referee must use the referral code during enrolment
Referee must complete full payment for their course

4. Payment Terms

Referral Reward Payment Process:

Referee must complete their course enrolment with full payment
A cooling-off period of 5 business days must be observed
After the cooling-off period expires, the referral bonus will be processed
Payment will be made to the referrer's nominated account within 5 business days

5. Important Conditions

The referral code must be provided at the time of enrolment
Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers
The referee's discount is applied immediately upon enrolment
If the referee cancels during the cooling-off period, no referral bonus will be paid
The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

6. Disqualifications

A referral may be disqualified and no bonus paid if:

The referee cancels their enrolment during the cooling-off period
The referral code is used fraudulently or inappropriately
Either party violates the terms and conditions
The payment for the course is not completed in full

7. Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

Modify the referral program terms at any time
Change the reward amounts
Suspend or terminate the program
Make final decisions on any disputes
